Role Definition

As a Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, components, and services required for the company’s operations. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:Sourcing and Supplier Management:Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and vendors while continuously seeking opportunities to improve terms and conditions.Negotiation:Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.Drive negotiations to secure advantageous terms for bulk purchases or long-term contracts.Procurement Process:Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as production, logistics, and quality control teams, to understand their requirements and facilitate smooth procurement operations.

Qualification

Excellent niveau d’anglais

Formation acheteur ou ingénieur avec expérience dans l’industrie de l’énergie (oil & gas est un plus)

Connaissance du Processus Achat jusqu’à passation de contrats

Connaissance SAP est un plus

Connaissance de l’activité Estimation / Proposition
