The Service Provider shall perform the following activities as stated below:
Responsibilities and Duties
Activity 1: Team Leadership and Methods Management
-Team Coordination: Coordinate the daily activities of offshore teams, ensuring adherence to EMYN HSE protocols, project schedules, and quality standards.
-Performance Management:
Conduct performance evaluations for team members, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement or development.
-Training and Development:
Facilitate training sessions and skill development initiatives for team members to enhance their capabilities and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Activity 2: Offshore Operations

Safety Compliance
Ensure that all offshore operations comply EMYN with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections and audits. Ensure that all statutory inspection is executed within the presented schedule.

Operational Efficiency
Monitor and optimize offshore operations on company owned assets such as OSS and FOU to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime, implementing process improvements as necessary.
Act as Deputy platform manager to assist in responding to safety operational needs on the asset

Emergency Response
Lead emergency response efforts for offshore incidents, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure swift and effective resolution.
