Notre client réalise des études de conception industrielle et de recherche et développement. Nous intervenons, de la phase de conceptuel jusqu’à la réalisation, dans les domaines d’activités suivants :

• amont et l’aval pétrolier et gazier
• naval et maritime
• énergie
• bâtiments & infrastructure maritime

La prestation, objet du présent document, s’inscrit dans le cadre du renforcement de la discipline PROCESS.

PROFIL

Le poste est ouvert aux candidats ayant une formation bac+2 (DUT Génie des procédés) avec 5 ans d’expérience ou Bac+5 en ingénierie des procédés, avec 2 ans d’expérience dans des projets de FEED ou de détail dans l’un des domaines suivant : production/transport oil & gas, chimie, raffinage, énergie.

TRAVAUX A REALISER

Le travail sera à effectuer sous la supervision du responsable de la discipline sur projet.

La prestation demandée porte sur les activités listées ci-dessous :

• Préparation PIDs/ PFDs :

o En première émission, définition et reprise des PIDs / PFDs en coopération avec l’ingénieur process,

o Appel et collecte des commentaires des disciplines pour les mises à jour,

o Mise à jour des PIDs et maintien du MASTER avec les commentaires,

o Organisation de la revue Inter Disciplines Check (IDC) avant lancement en DAO.

• Vérification PIDs/PFDs (avant emission vers le client) :

o Vérification des reprises de plans effectuées par les dessinateurs,

o Correction des erreurs de dessin.

• Buildings & maritime infrastructure

The service described in this document is part of strengthening the PROCESS discipline.

Profile

The position is open to candidates with a two-year technical degree (DUT in Process Engineering) with 5 years of experience or a five-year degree in process engineering with 2 years of experience in FEED or detailed projects in one of the following areas: oil & gas production/transport, chemicals, refining, energy.

Tasks to be Performed

The work will be performed under the supervision of the project discipline manager. The requested service involves the following activities:

• Preparation of P&IDs/PFDs:

– Initial creation, definition, and revision of P&IDs/PFDs in cooperation with the process engineer

– Collecting and addressing comments from various disciplines for updates

– Updating P&IDs and maintaining the MASTER with comments

– Organizing the Interdisciplinary Check (IDC) review before releasing to CAD

• Verification of P&IDs/PFDs (before client release):

– Checking revisions made by draftsmen

– Correcting drawing errors

Qualification

COMPETENCES EXIGEES

Pour la réalisation de la présente prestation, le candidat devra maitriser les logiciels suivants :

• BLUE BEAM

Les PID seront à réaliser avec les logiciels AUTOCAD ou MICROSTATION. Leur connaissance sera un plus apprécié.

Les projets étant dessinés sous les logiciels ci-dessous, la connaissance de l’un d’eux sera également appréciée :

• AUTOCAD PLANT 3D PID
• SMARTPLAN PID
• AVEVA DIAGRAMS

Le candidat devra maitriser les outils bureautiques :

• Word, Excel, Viso
• Sharepoint

Le poste nécessite du sérieux et une très grande rigueur. La maîtrise de la langue anglaise pour l’ensemble des échanges et de la rédaction est nécessaire.

Required Skills

The candidate must be proficient in the following software:

• BLUE BEAM

AUTOCAD or MICROSTATION (Knowledge of these will be an appreciated advantage)

Knowledge of one of the following software will also be appreciated, as the projects are drawn using these tools:

• AUTOCAD PLANT 3D P&ID
• SMARTPLANT P&ID
• AVEVA DIAGRAMS

The candidate must be proficient with office tools:

• Word, Excel, Visio
• SharePoint

The position requires seriousness and a high level of rigor. Proficiency in English for all exchanges and writing is necessary.

Duration and Location of Work

The work will be carried out full-time at the client's premises located in Lorient.

The client will provide the furniture, computer equipment, and software necessary to perform the services.
