Role Definition

Activity 1: Provide support contracts administration for the FOU package (01/10/23 – 01/10/24)

• Follow-up variations from Proposal to Orders.
• Manage and update the Contractual and Commercial Register for the applicable contract, with a weekly follow up of the contractual payment schedule.
• Provide feedback and input to the contract manager during claim negotiations including resolution of issues/disputes for Contract(s).
• Manage and update overview of Variations, Claims & Claims register, amendments to the contract, Notices from Contractor(s).
• Provide input to the Contracts Manager in relation to pricing and commercial consequences associated with other contracts.
• Participate in contractual execution management and administration.
• Perform commercial administration of contracts in cooperation with Foundation Package Manager
• Administer and follow up of contractual payment schedule and applications for payment with analysis of contractual impacts on future commitments and associated risks.
• Ensure payment applications are certified in time and subsequent payments are executed according to the Contractual Payment Terms

Activity 2: other tasks

• support the review of documentation and preparation of reports and Notes
• preparation of monthly activity reports
