Role Definition

Mission :

• Cost study
• Participate with the project managers in the preparation of the project’s economic justification files (budget preparation, profitability calculation, risk analysis, etc.) and in the definition of the project structure,
• Produce the management charts and comment on the variances,
• Produce the management charts and comment on the variances, Manage the annual exit point and ensure its revision
• To develop the budget forecast for the resources required for engineering services with the project managers and to monitor the consumption of resources
