You will give support for the construction and installation of many offshore power cable for offshore wind & interconnectors industry. 

Role Definition

Within the cost controlling business unit, the position tasks includes the support to the Project Manager and Project Control Manager in order to evaluate the expenses with respect to the allocated budget for offshore installation activities.

Ensure correct monitoring of the different phases of the project through the Project Control standard tools.

 KEYDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

.  Helping Project Manager in collecting all the needed info for the ongoing works on site

·  Create and organize databases for monitoring physical progress on site

·  Support analysis of cable manufacturing cost evolution by way of market indexes and other industrial references for materials and commodities

·  Tracking and planning future costs with dedicated tools

·  Invoicing subcontractors activities

·  Actively participate in team meetings and provide updates to different members of project team

·  Promote good relations with client /3rd party Project Control Engineers

·  Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents

Qualification

Qualifications Relevant to the role:

·  Knowledge of SAP is a manadatory requirment

·  Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications 

·  Advanced knowledge ofAdobe Acrobat

·  Good working knowledge of MS SharePoint

·  Fluent in English

·  Bachelor Degree

.  Minimum of 2/3 years as a Quantity Surveyor or Project Control Engineer

.  Good interpersonal and organisational skills

.  Ability to operate pro-actively and autonomously with an attention to detail

.  Flexibility and an ability to function well under pressure
