Role Definition

AVENTA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to manage and oversee all electrical installation activities for the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project of the Ricanto Bioenergy Plant in Ajaccio, Corsica.

📝 Key Responsibilities

The Electrical Supervisor will report to the Site Manager and will be responsible for the management, supervision, and coordination of all electrical works on site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, schedules, and safety regulations. Duties include:

• Installation Supervision: Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of all electrical systems, including switchgears, transformers, generators, cabling, lighting, grounding systems, and electrical components for motors and equipment.

• Coordination and Planning: Planning daily and weekly electrical work activities. Coordinating the work of electrical teams and subcontractors to ensure efficiency and adherence to the project schedule.

• Technical Compliance: Ensuring that all electrical installations comply with local French standards, international codes, and project specifications.

• Quality Assurance: Inspecting and verifying the quality of installed electrical components and workmanship. Managing the punch list related to electrical systems.

• HSE Management: Strictly enforcing site health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures, particularly concerning work at heights, lock-out/tag-out (LOTO), and live work permits.

• Documentation: Maintaining and reviewing all electrical documentation, including single-line diagrams, testing reports, material installation records, and progress reports.

✅ Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)

To apply for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• EPC Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Foreman in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) sector, preferably on large-scale industrial projects (Power, Chemical, Oil & Gas, or Renewables).

• Citizenship: Must hold European citizenship.

• French Language: Fluent command (spoken and written) of the French language.
