Role Definition
Key Responsibilities:
Organizing Track Records:
• Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible.
• Organize and file engineering drawings, reports, and correspondence.
• Create and manage databases for tracking project progress and performance metrics.
Literature review:
• Conduct literature searches and compile background information on technical topics, market review, Offshore projects etc.
• Prepare comprehensive profiles and reports based on the collected data.
Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with engineers and other team members to support project needs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.
Data Entry and Analysis:
• Enter and analyze data related to ongoing projects.
• Generate reports and summaries to support engineering decisions.
Administrative Support:
• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation as required.
Qualification
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in engineering or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
