Role Definition

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Review new contracts for HSE&S Requirements
• Review existing contracts for HSE&S Requirements
• Participate in technical review for HSE related topics for the projects as needed
• Maintain good relationship with all stakeholders and customer satisfaction
• Support PMs to achieve required HSE KPIs for their projects
• Provide immediate emergency response to any call, accident, crisis, or fire
• Maintain the ISO requirements among all project HSE&S activities
• Maintain the contractual, federal, and local HSE&S requirements among all projects
• Develop & maintain required HSE documents
• Develop & maintain HSE Records for projects
• Conduct required Safety trainings & orientations, safety moments & toolbox talks
• Manage required PPE for projects
• Develop the safety meetings schedule, materials & attendance records
• Conduct required 1st responder training & emergency response training for customers, fire fighters & EPC as needed
• Enforce Safety regulations & requirements for projects
• Conduct pre qualifications for HSE representative & required interviews
• Coordinate with Company Management/HSE Senior Managers for corporate tasks and report as required
• Coordinate with the project team for HSE activities on field
• Conduct regular equipment check & audit on site
• Check scaffolding tags and fire extinguishers
• Maintain the project HSE folder on SharePoint
• Maintain cybersecurity requirements among all projects & coordinate with Company IT for any suspicious activity
• Obtain required HSE permits and/or help the project Team / EPC to obtain it
• Manage HSE budget & resources & coordinate with the PM as needed.
• Conduct regular check for workers license and permits on site.
• Create required project reports
• Attend required meetings with clients and the project stakeholders
