HSE Supervisor

Role Definition

For the INELFE project, we are looking for an HSE Supervisor who will report to the HSE Manager based in France.

Location: Lemoniz site (near Bilbao) Period: From 10/02/26 to August 2026

Vehicle: Must have a vehicle (could be rented)

Work schedule: 5 days per week, onshore.

Mandatory requirements:

• Must speak and write Spanish fluently and English proficiently

• Must be resourceful and able to work with a high level of autonomy

Would be a plus (but not mandatory):

• Speaks French

• Previous experience working in Spain (a major plus given the country’s specific legislation), especially in the Basque Country

• Knowledge of HSE standards such as those used in oil & gas

• Maritime knowledge – BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Training)

Main responsibilities:

• Inspect vessels

• Welcome and induct personnel

• Lead meetings

• Prepare and manage work permits

• Report HSE events

• Carry out risk assessments

• Manage a worksite independently

• Perform root cause analysis
