For one of our clients, we are actively looking for a HSE Supervisor on an offshore wind farm project for the onshore construction phase.

The HSE Supervisor will report directly to the Project HSE Manager and has the following responsibilities:

• Provide operational support to the Project HSE Manager for work monitoring

• Ensure HSE coordination and compliance with the company policy procedures and to coordinate with site team to implement all the actions required for a proper implementation of HSE culture and methodologies.

• Assist in Risk Management process and Permit To Work system.

• Facilitate accidents/incidents investigation and analysis

• Organize and lead HSE toolbox talk & on-site training

• Conduct HSE visits and inspections

• To ensure the proper waste management, including segregation, collection and reporting.
