For our consulting department, we are looking for a Key Account Manager trainee starting from September 2024.

During your integration, you will receive training on :

• Various energy infrastructures.
• Technical training on the different professions inherent to this industry.
• Management (recruiting engineers, managing teams of consultants, monitoring customer relations, following the careers of our consultants, etc.).

Your responsibilities will include :

• Participate in the recruitment of new consultants (sourcing, interviewing, and salary management), mainly in English.
• Follow-up of our employees
• Management of international logistics

Qualification

• End of Study Internship
• Fluent French and English required
• Very good skills of MS Office
• Respect for procedures and sense of organization
• International working environment
• Proactive and curious
