Role summary
For one of our main clients, in the framework of an interconnetcor (Spain/France) cable, we are seeking for 2 LAND Installation Engineer – 1 responsible for the France and 1 for the Spain side. You will have to ensure that the project is well executed from a land cables installation perspective according to the right customer specifications, within the budget and agreed time schedule, with mainly the following tasks to perform:
Responsibilities and Duties

Finalization of the technical implementation of the installation of the HV Land cable system (before its implementation on site by the company installation teams/company subcontractors).

Elaboration of the final technical installation documents / deliverables (General Arrangement / Layout drawings and Method statements / documents describing the installation method of the cable system in its installation environment (buried in trenches, in galleries, tunnels, underground electrical stations, etc.)

Development of metallic structures drawings supporting the HV Cables and accessories in joint bays/electrical substations.

Interfaces studies and preparation of the relevant documents (drawings / method statements) for below points :
o Civil Works Engineering
o Cable pulling o Installation of the HV Accessories (joints / termination)
o Installation of the electrical testing equipment (to test the HV link after its installation).

Participation in technical meetings with our customers and LOCAL subcontractors

Reporting according to Project requirement
Sought Profile

Engineering School with a specialty in Civil Engineering/materials / metallic structures (knowledge in Electrical Engineering is a plus)

Fluent French or Spanish (depending on the assigment)

Proficiency in Autocad Experience of minimum

5 years Experience with Infrastructure projects and with TSO would be a plus

Communication skills, taste for teamwork, rigor, and method
