The Service Provider shall perform the following activities as stated below:
Activity 1: Operation and Monitoring of LV and Auxiliary Systems
Safety Compliance Ensure that all offshore operations comply EMYN with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections and audits.
Routine Monitoring (Daily):
Conduct daily inspections and monitoring of low voltage and auxiliary systems on Offshore Substation and Wind Turbine Foundations such as to ensure they are operating correctly and efficiently.
Operational Checks (Weekly):
Perform weekly operational checks and diagnostics on LV systems, including lighting, communication systems, and control panels.
Reporting (Monthly):
Prepare and submit monthly operational reports detailing the status of LV systems, any incidents, and maintenance performed.

Activity 2: Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
Preventive Maintenance (Scheduled)
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks according to the maintenance plan, ensuring all OSS and FOU LV and auxiliary equipment is maintained in optimal condition.
Corrective Actions (As Needed):
Respond promptly to OSS and FOU equipment failures or malfunctions, diagnosing issues and performing necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing the inventory of OSS and FOU spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring critical components are available when needed.
