Role Definition

The Mechanical Completion coordinator is based in Alexandria, Egypt, and has the responsibility to support the project team in the system completion requirements and procedures in order for the mechanical completion be obtained on time.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adhere to COMPANY’s Business Conduct & Ethics Code.

• Liaise closely with Client personnel to ensure efficient scope execution

• Develop a good working relationship with Clients and other contractor’s personnel.

• Monitoring and overseeing inspection and testing as per the offshore ITP at pre-MC stage of Project.

• Witnessing, inspecting, or reviewing construction check sheets and task completion certificates as per installation procedures and as determined by the Quality Manager

• Support the system handover flowchart activities by facilitating CONTRACTOR completion documentation / milestones to COMPANY and supporting the interface between CONTRACTOR and COMPANY completion responsible.

• Support COMPANY in fulfilling and complete in due time required IRN and certification in order to achieve successful mechanical completion.

• Support COMPANY to record sets in the SHM database

• Necessary support to any other duties/assignment as required.

Qualification

• Oil and Gas Industry knowledge and previous experience.

• Proven Experience in Quality Control and System Completion databases

• Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Conversant in the use of Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work well in a team.

• Have a clear understanding of the industry processes and knowledge of how to handle common obstructions with clear solutions.

• Have a strong multi-tasking skill, and good following up and archiving skills.

• Graduate / Diploma holder or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of similar quality and system completion work.

• Ability to perform well under pressure with tight schedule.

• Ability to react to and support operations with 24/7 support activity.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to collaborate in multi-cultural environment.

• Flexible with regards to ad hoc travel.

• Able to work independently.
