Role summary

Our client, a leader in offshore cable installation is seeking for a Offshore HSE Supervisor to join their team for offshore campaigns.

• Provide necessary support to ensure that all activities carried out by are conducted in strict accordance with the Client HSE Requirements

• Control the respect of HSE procedures

• Promotion of a high standard of HSE leadership and culture

• HSE daily and weekly meeting

• Assist in Risk Management process and Permit To Work system.

• Conduct HSE Audits and inspections

• Lead HSE events investigation and analysis

• Organize and lead HSE toolbox talk & on-site training

Requirements

• Fluent in English

• Experience of Offshore wind farm construction , cable installation or similar projects

• Experience in QHSE management systems follow up

• Experience in the management of PTW System

• Expertise in risk assessments, incident investigations, audits.
