Role Definition
Position: Offshore Installation Eng. Manager / Technical Manager With particular reference to following (not limited to) installation packages (Subsea/S-Lay / Jacket / Cables / Structures installation/diving ), the resource shall be experienced & able to:

Coordinate team of Installation Engineers & T&I analysis engineer; including:

Installation Engineer Leads, Method engineers, Operation Engineers (if required), Draftsmen &

T&I analysis engineer (Naval architect, installation analysis, T&I structural analysis)

Be responsible for the preparation of technical documentation of the project and ensure compliance of documentation with CORPORATE and INTERNATIONAL standards

Cooperate and support Project manager in defining, monitoring and updating project execution plans and ensuring proper and timely execution of project engineering

Prepare & guide the preparation of complete engineering Installation package (installation procedures / rigging drawing / check list dossier / trial lift & load out procedures etc.)

Follow up & manage the Installation analysis team (naval eng. / structural eng. / pipelay analysis eng.) including input & deeply review of analysis / design report.

Follow up operation phase (including temporary items material procurement, vessel mobilization, subcontractors contract(s) etc.);

Follow up onshore & offshore operation to technical assist (project side) vessel management team during mobilization / testing & installation phase.
Software & codes / standard:
Office package (including Microsoft Project) + good knowledge of main offshore T&I codes (DNV/API etc.)
Experience:
Minimum 12-15 year in Installation engineering (including operation follow up / offshore & yard experiences)
Education:
Master’s degree in Mechanical/Civil (preferable) or other Engineering degree
