Planning Engineer

Role Definition

Role summary

Under the responsibility of the Project Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans using Primavera P6.

• Coordinate and interface with various project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.

• Conduct planning and scheduling for EPC SURF projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.

• Monitor and update project plans to reflect current status and identify potential issues or risks.

• Provide regular progress reports and updates to project stakeholders.

• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with project standards and requirements.

• Collaborate with supply chain management (SCM) to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Participate in project meetings, reviews, and audits as required.

• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with HSEQ and Group procedures.

• Provide technical support and mentoring to other team members within the planning discipline.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Primavera P6 software.

• Experience in planning EPC SURF projects.

• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Demonstrated ability to work within time and budget constraints.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to interface with vendors and third-party stakeholders.

Conditions

• The majority of the work is carried out in the regional main office site.

• Offshore / Off-site location during project execution phase as required.

• Working hours according to local regulation and Company’s policy.
