HSE:

Implementation of HSE requirements related to the service
Coordination:
-
Package control with regards to progress monitoring, equipment delivery, processing and payments of invoices, cost reporting, detailed engineering documentation administration, package reporting, commercial matters all in line with the T&Cs of the contracts and instruction from Project PMT, as well as general administration

Monitoring of progress (PRIMAVERA) on a weekly and monthly basis

Follow up delivery of equipment
-
Control and process of invoices (progress, milestones, reimbursable, COs, team mission expenses)
-
Preparation and review of correspondence with Contractor
-
Forecast of payments according with Contract and preparation of Package Budget S-curve
-
Administration of detailed engineering documentation, transmittal from/to contractor, PMT and affiliate (through PRODOM) and monitoring of COMPANY responses
-
Liaise with partners and Concessionaire to ensure validation of change order prior to launch execution
-
Review of variation orders
-
Close out of COMPANY audit reviews

Management of SURF Package manpower plan

Administration of Services to COMPANY

Qualification

Advanced expertise in in Oil & Gas Industry with large scale projects & complex environment,

Expertise in Project Control and contracts,
