Role Definition
As part of offshore substation projects, we are looking for an Electrical Work Preparator (technical assistance) to support the preparation of offshore electrical activities, specifically during the punch list phase following the installation of the NOY and TRE OSS projects.
Specific mission :
On the N35 and O35 projects, a number of electrical punch list items have been identified. The specific objectives of the mission will be to:

Review all punch list items and assess, with the support of the onshore team (punch list manager and package manager) and offshore team, whether the task responsibility and priority remain valid,

Follow up and update the punch list closure (Yellow and White remarks),
-
Prepare and formalize the required documentation for offshore mechanical works, including: o Drafting and validating RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statements),
o Preparing Task Plans (TP) and Permits to Work (PTW),
o Writing procedures related to electrical operations (cable terminations, tests, minor reworks, lockout/tagout, etc.),

Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and compliant with HSE and client requirements,

Verify the compliance of electrical works with applicable standards,

Ensure all isolations and authorizations (LOTO – Lock Out Tag Out) are defined and implemented,
-

Provide technical support to offshore execution teams during the preparation phase,

Anticipate and address constraints related to electrical safety, logistics, equipment, and planning.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Technical Skills Required
-
Strong knowledge of electrical networks (HV, MV, LV),
-
Knowledge of cable management (cable trays, routing, terminations, ferrules, labeling),
-
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics (single line diagrams, wiring diagrams, control schematics),
-
Proficiency in electrical isolation and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures,
-
Experience in preparation of technical documentation (RAMS, TP, PTW) in an electrical environment,
-
Good knowledge of international electrical standards,
-
Previous experience in offshore, shipbuilding, or oil & gas industries is a strong advantage.
Additional Skills

Written English is mandatory (all technical documentation will be drafted in English).

Strong organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy.

Effective communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.

Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with collaborative platforms (SharePoint, GED, Teams) is appreciated.
Profile

• Education: Technical degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) in in electrical engineering, electrotechnics, or industrial maintenance,

• Experience: at least 3 years in an industrial environment; offshore / oil & gas / renewable energy background is a plus.

• Personal qualities: autonomous, detail-oriented, structured, team player.
