Description of Project

A Senior Engineer, HSE is required to act as the execution phase HSE focal point for the decommissioning phase 2 project supporting the ITT process as well as managing the production of regulatory documentation.

The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• HSE focal point for offshore decommissioning phase 2 project

• Review of decommissioning tenders and documentation

• Bid Evaluation

• Stakeholder engagement

• Contractor interface

• Management of environmental contractors to support the production of EA

• Safety case planning support of duty holder

• Support to comparative assessment

Required qualifications and skills

• Experience of working within an offshore demolition/construction project

• PLANC experience

• CDM

• BSc in environmental or safety discipline or equivalent
