FPSO Hull construction
Role Definition
• FPSO new built design review from Basic Design up to Detail Design;
• Hull Design subcontractor (FPSO new built) focal point, follow-up of activities;
• Lead and coordinate the Hull Fabrication activities in accordance with Project requirements within the assigned budget, time schedule and quality standards. Ensure compliance with all Project interfaces and supervise in/out information flow;
• Multi-disciplines Naval engineering including hull general arrangement, hydrostatic, hydrodynamic, stability, hull’s structural, piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, telecom, safety, living quarters, etc;
• Classification society rules (ABS, BV and/or DNV) for vessel’s engineering design;
• Technical and project management.
Qualification
• Strong experience in technical management for EPCI projects;
• Pro-active communication skills;
• Driving HSE culture into the project;
• Budget control and contract management;
• Contract negotiations with shipyards;
• Fluent English language;
Conditions
Resident in Busan, Korea : 5 day/week, 8 hours per day
