Role Definition

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our team for a floating wind project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oil & Gas (O&G) or offshore wind energy, with proven expertise in project planning and execution. This is not a junior position; we are looking for a seasoned professional who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software.

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to the project management team.

  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to optimize project timelines.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning within the O&G or offshore wind sectors.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as required.

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid work arrangement: one week on-site (Paris, Lorient, or Nantes), one week home office.

  • 2-3 days per week commitment.
