Job Summary

• Collection and transmission of information relating to company rules and also organizational rules within our departments.

• Resource monitoring

• Creation of profiles.

• Mission information from the Service agencies & request for repatriation certificate.

• Creation of information sheet

• Personnel management (integrated or sedentary teams) whose needs may be different: (internal/external):

• MFC, BOSIET, Passports, VISA, Insurance, Monitoring, RAM

Requirements :

• Language: English / French

• Digital tools : PLANET, NOTILUS, SAP, Office, Internal tools

• Good interpersonal skills

• Autonomy
