Due to significant growth in activity, we are hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager on a permanent contract to strengthen our teams in Milan. This position offers training opportunities in international talent acquisition.

List of Daily Activities:

  • Assist the Key Account Manager in posting job openings on ATS and job boards

  • Search for candidates on various job boards

  • Call candidates to assess their soft skills

  • Organize interviews with selected candidates

  • Manage candidate follow-up using our ATS tools

  • Adhere to ongoing ATS processes

  • Participate in ATS updates

  • Ensure continuous monitoring of active projects

  • Maintain relationships with hired consultants

  • Required Profile

    Education: Minimum of 3 years of university education

    Experience: Minimum of 2 years recruiting industrial engineers

    Preferred previous experience: Energy/renewable resources industry

    Work location: Milan – with the possibility of remote work

    Languages: Fluent English is required

    Software: Knowledge of “LinkedIn Recruiter” is preferred
