- Designing and implementing functional safety systems (SIL) for facilities, taking into account the specific needs of each site.
- Designing and implementing Fire and Gas system (F&G) and escape routing
- Ensuring compliance with ATEX regulations for explosive atmospheres and guaranteeing the safety of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to integrate safety solutions into process design and standardization.
- Performing safety audits, evaluating existing systems, and proposing improvements to enhance facility safety.
- Participating in post-incident investigations and root cause analyses to identify potential failures and prevent recurrence.
- Managing team training on safety best practices and ensuring operators are aware of risks and preventive measures.
- Maintaining technical documentation related to safety and ensuring that all processes comply with international standards (ISO, OHSAS, etc.).
Profile Sought:
For junior profiles:
- Engineering degree in industrial safety, risk management, or process engineering with a specialization in safety.
- Initial experience (internship or apprenticeship) in a high-risk industrial environment (petrochemical, energy, gas, etc.).
- Knowledge of basic process safety and ATEX regulations.
For senior profiles:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical safety or process safety management in complex industrial environments.
- Expertise in safety studies (HAZOP, LOPA, SIL), compliance audits, and industrial risk management.
