Role Definition
As a Work Planner, you are responsible for carrying out activities related to the technical and/or organizational preparation of the implementation phase.
Your responsibilities:
• You are able to independently carry out work preparation in a project risk category 1-2 or sub-project on larger works risk category 3
• You provide support to the project team (tender, design, realization and operational phase) in one or more areas of purchasing, planning, working methods, auxiliary structures, choice of materials, logistics, construction site layout, quality, additional and reduced work, legal recording and judgement
• You contribute to the assessment of quotations and the formation of contracts with subcontractors, suppliers and clients based on knowledge of working methods and implementation conditions and propose corrective measures
• You prepare the implementation in detail within the set timeframe; including consultation with subcontractors, suppliers and executors
• You are responsible for the implementation of processes and activities in accordance with the quality and VGWM management system
• You prepare quality and partial work plans and check preparatory documents submitted by third parties.
• You take care of the administrative conversion of registration budgets into working budgets
• You prepare permit applications in consultation and monitor permit conditions
• Develops project plans and schedules, ensures their monitoring and carries out the technical administration for the execution of works
• You are responsible for actively monitoring and implementing risk management within the various phases of the project
• You are responsible for keeping the project file complete where necessary.

What do you have to offer: • Minimum higher professional education work and thinking level • At least 2 years of relevant work experience • You are in possession of a VCA-VOL certificate • Knowledge of civil engineering is a requirement • Knowledge of industrial construction is an advantage
