Role Definition
Resource planning
• Measuring the workload – linked to existing projects and currently being delivered; evaluating the future workload – in case of projects won in the future;
• Monitoring the resources available to each projects and provides a vision of the additional resources required
• Producing monthly reports (Workload Report) and presenting new trends and developments to SUBSEA management.
• Coordinating manplans with engineering leads to ensure workload is consistent with the plans.
Time & Attendance
• Close monitoring of timesheet system and access
• Preparing and executing the monthly closing of hours in the dedicated system
• Following internal control procedures and ensuring itis properly implemented
• Preparing T&A closing statements for the company and internal/external auditors.
Monitoring the workload of the group’s engineering centers (GEC)
• Reporting of the evolution of working hours in each GECs
Qualification
– Engineer degree or Master degree
– Experience in resource planning
– Fluent in English
– Autonomous at work, rigourous and organized
– Knowledge of MS Office
– Knowledge of Power BI and Vba programming would be an added advantage
