2010. The beginning
Aventa was established by two co-founders 10 years ago, Antoine Bosc and Aurélien Zuccarini, with two original locations in PARIS and MILANO. The desire of independence and innovation of these young professionals naturally led them to entrepreneurship and to build a structure that would embody their philosophy: efficiency and humans first.
Finding highly competent engineers & technicians for Subsea projects has been the core market since the early stages of Aventa.
2012. Going international
The firsts years, the company has experienced a strong growth globally. Aventa settles in London UK (2012) in order to support UK Offshore activities and then build up a partnership in Jakarta Indonesia (2013) with a local engineering company. These new perspectives have allowed to extend the range of action and to meet new challenges all over the word. In the meantime, Aventa create a new Logistic Department specialized focused on international mobility with the objective to provide relocation, work permit, visa, repatriation assistance to its employees, contractors and customer.
2011. Innovation as a catalyst
Since the creation, innovation has always been the DNA of all development. As a matter of fact it has started in 2011 with the first version of AJM 1.0 (Aventa Job Matching), a job matching system based on a performant algorithm. Moreover, in the early stages Aventa was one of the first companies in his sector to use social networks to source with accuracy the needed ressources. AJM will evolve every year with new improvements and functionalities. Detailed in the next paragraph Aventa will then pursue its expansion in 2015 by investing & founding a new company specialized in Marine Renewable engineering.
2015. First steps in the engineering
In 2015 Aventa signed an agreement with Tecnoconsult an Italian multi-disciplinary engineering company specialized for upstream, midstream and downstream applications and the formation of a 50/50 joint-venture for covering every stage of project development from conceptual studies to detailed engineering services in O&G, Renewable Energies and Power plant. The commitment for a greener future in the energy field and the interest for the R&D sector have always characterised the company but it became more concrete with the purchase of Kraken company in 2016 and the opening a new office in Biarritz at ESTIA. Specialized in the design and the installation of subsea power cable, Kraken, became the engineering part of the Aventa group.
2017. Developing the potential of a tight cluster
To pursue their philosophy and build a strong international cluster of specialized professionals in the marine energies Aventa group have always build partnerships with Universities and, in 2017, the three founders have developed a digital tool called Aventa Job Matching. This platform relates to a sophisticated algorithm that allows not only to manage the candidate selection process but also to find the ideal competence for marine energy projects.
2020. Our commitment for the future
Currently we are followed by more than 40k connections on LinkedIn and we are employing over 200 people across the world providing a unique approach to engineering consultancy by combing technicity, human resources and planning mastered knowledge. We are taking action in this changing energy economy and we want to become the player driving innovation from O&G to renewable energies. Since 2020, 50% of our projects are in the EMR, the challenge is started, and the future is near.
