Working tirelessly, we were always making phone calls, day and night, recruiting talents, seeking clients ,building from scratch a job-matching tool, laying the foundation for what would become this leading force in the energy transition sector. From those early days of determination and perseverance, Aventa has grown into a thriving company, but our commitment to excellence and integrity remains unchanged.

Our younger spirits continue to inspire us as we navigate the ever-evolving landscape of energy solutions and these older versions give us the tools and experience to continue to look ahead, anticipate and innovate ahead of the curve.

As President & Co-Founder of Aventa since 2010, my commitment to innovation, sustainable leadership, and people drives every decision I make. I hold a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in International Business & Project Management from ISC Paris, reflecting my dedication to blending technical expertise with business acumen.
My entrepreneurial journey began immediately after completing my studies, and since then, I’ve been focused on fostering innovation and growth in every company I’ve built.

With over 16 years in the submarine and offshore industries, my career has been fueled by a deep commitment to people and the shared human journey at the heart of every project. Since co-founding Aventa with Antoine in 2010, I’ve been inspired by the collective adventure we’re creating—working together, overcoming challenges, and celebrating each milestone as a team. It’s the human connection and collaborative spirit that drive me, and I am dedicated to championing this throughout my journey.

Baptiste Faye

Since joining Aventa in 2023, I bring over 12 years of experience from Mazars, a leading French audit and consulting firm. My background in Transaction Services as Partner enables me to develop strong financial strategies that drive growth. I am focused on structuring the Finance department to support Aventa’s ambitious vision and contribute to future developments, including M&A opportunities, fundraising, and more.

Michele Zingari

I’ve been with Aventa for ten years, currently serving as Chief Growth Officer. With roots in Tuscany, I moved to France as a student and graduated in Political Sciences in Paris. Since joining Aventa in Indonesia, I’ve been dedicated to strategic growth and innovation in Offshore Energy. My focus now is on expanding Aventa’s market presence and fostering strategic partnerships. I am committed to identifying new opportunities, enhancing our service offerings, and ensuring sustainable growth in the offshore energy sector.

Chief Operating Officer (COO

Roberto Longo

I am a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects with 15+ years in the Offshore Energy Industry. As COO at AVENTA, I lead our Engineering, Consulting, and Marine Operations units. Since joining as Engineering Manager in 2022, I built our Genoa team from scratch, growing AVENTA’s presence in Italy and supporting expansion in France and Croatia. My goal is to develop a strong, multidisciplinary team delivering integrated solutions for the offshore energy market.
