For one of our clients, a major international EPCI contractor, we are looking for an experienced Lead Structural Designer to join a subsea engineering team on the Baleine 3 project.
What we offer
A long-term contract assignment within a major international EPCI contractor's subsea engineering team on the Baleine 3 project, based in the Paris area. This is a lead role with real ownership over design output and team coordination on a major deepwater subsea project.
Description
What you will do
Lead structural design and 3D modelling activities on deepwater subsea projects
Manage and support a team of designers, providing technical guidance and interfacing across project disciplines
Ensure design output aligns with fabrication and installation requirements
Act as a key interface point between design, engineering and project management
Required Qualification
What you bring
10 years' experience in structural design in Oil & Gas, ideally on deepwater subsea projects
Strong proficiency in Inventor and Vault
Team management experience and a collaborative, project-oriented mindset
Strong sense of shared ownership and good communication skills
Knowledge of installation methods is a plus
Good working English
