Project Snapshot
Project / Asset: Hornsea Three Offshore Wind Farm
Developer: Major offshore wind developer / operator (confidential)
Location: North Sea, UK
Capacity: 2.85 GW - one of the largest offshore wind farms under construction globally
Phase & window: Construction - Q2–Q4 2026
Hornsea Three is one of the most significant offshore wind construction projects currently underway in the North Sea, with a consented capacity of 2.85 GW. The project is in its active construction phase, requiring round-the-clock offshore operations across the converter station and associated infrastructure. The Site Technician role is critical to maintaining continuous night-shift operations - covering rigging and lifting support, routine maintenance, logistics, and emergency response - during one of the most intensive periods of the construction programme.
The assignment covers night-shift operations on a 14/14 rotation, based offshore on the converter station platform. The role supports a broad range of activities across rigging, maintenance, housekeeping, and logistics as directed by the offshore team.
⚠ Night shift role on a 14/14 rotating offshore schedule. Exposure to offshore weather conditions and confined working environments. Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks are required.
