Description
Join the indirect procurement team of a major offshore energy and flexible pipe manufacturer in Normandy as an experienced Supplies & Logistics buyer. You will negotiate market prices and contracts across goods, materials and logistics services for the Central Europe and Africa region, and help drive procurement digitalisation (ARIBA, Power BI) and process improvement on a focused six-month assignment.
What you will do
• Negotiate prices and contracts for Supplies & Logistics categories
• Prepare consultation files, contracts and orders
• Source suppliers, propose panels and onboard indirect suppliers
• Manage supplier risk and support requesters on disputes
• Support procurement digitalisation (ARIBA, Power BI, lean)
Required Qualification
What you bring
• 5+ years in procurement / buying (experienced)
• Negotiation, legal and contractual skills (contract drafting)
• Knowledge of procurement processes; project coordination
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; ERP (SAP / IFS / GEOS)
• Fluent English and Polish; French strongly preferred
