For one of our clients, a major international EPCI contractor, we are looking for two Lead Vessel Operations Engineers to join their offshore construction team in the Paris area. Each role covers a distinct vessel scope:
One profile focused on MSV (Multi-Service Vessel) operations
One profile focused on Transportation & Loadout operations

Description
Own all technical and operational aspects of your vessel package: schedule, logistics, engineering, method document review and follow-up of construction installation aids
Prepare materials and services requisitions (technical specifications, SoW, MTO, TBE) related to your vessel scope
Oversee subcontractor engineering processes and coordinate vessel-side resource mobilisation, including crewing requirements
Manage vessel operations throughout mobilisation, demobilisation and offshore installation campaigns
Participate in and provide recommendations during Risk Assessments
Act as the Operations Engineering focal point for vessel coordination across preparation and execution phases
Interface with project discipline engineers and the Asset department as required
Required Qualification
Minimum 6 years of experience on offshore construction projects, with a strong vessel operations background
Experience on MSV operations or Transportation & Loadout scope (or both)
AP system experience is highly appreciated
BOSIET (OPITO) and MFC — mandatory
Fluent English and French
Based within commuting distance of the Paris area — regular office presence required, full remote not considered
