For one of our clients, a major international EPCI contractor, we are looking for a Weight Control Report and MTO Engineer to support weight tracking and material take-off across multiple offshore projects.

A long-term contract assignment within a major international EPCI contractor's engineering organisation, based in the Paris area, working across multiple offshore projects with strong visibility on weight control and materials data. No onshore/offshore missions on this rôle.
Description
What you will do
Produce and maintain weight control reports and material take-offs (MTO) across multiple projects
Read and interpret fabrication and construction drawings to extract and track relevant data
Build and maintain data tracking tools, automating reporting where possible
Communicate regularly with project teams to align on data and reporting needs
Support consistency of weight and materials data across several concurrent projects
Required Qualification
What you bring
Engineering or drafting background in structural mechanics, comfortable reading fabrication and construction drawings
Strong appetite for data management and analysis
Excellent command of Excel, with working knowledge of VBA; Python skills expected
Power BI knowledge is a key asset for reporting and data tracking
A rigorous, structured profile with strong communication skills
Fluent English, written and spoken; French is a plus
