2024 marks a new chapter of growth and structuration for Aventa.

We are strongly increasing our capacity and structuring our operations for an intense future.

A key milestone has been the ISO 9001/45001/14001 certification of Nerio, our T&T dedicated entity. We’ve also expanded our geographical footprint by opening new offices in Anglet, Rijeka and London, onboarding more talent and securing larger contracts with prominent clients.

Another great achievement of 2024 was the creation of the Aventagers community – an internal network of Aventa’s dedicated team members, the true champions and superheroes of the blue economy. Together, we are co-building Aventa’s future every day and contributing to a shared success.

Our vision to become the #1 leader in Marine Energy is clear. By 2030, we aim to recruit 800 new team members, and until 2023 we aim at extending our presence to new regions such as the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, South Korea as well as other parts of Asia, Oceania, and solidify our impact in these markets.

Our goals for the decade to come include securing larger contracts, enhancing our workplaces and offers to employees, fostering personal and professional growth for our Aventagers, and increasing investments in R&D and innovation to ensure long-term sustainability.

We are also committed to strengthening our CSR efforts through sponsorships, community support, and environmental initiatives to contribute meaningfully to the energy transition.
