We specifically designed a Digital offer providing smart and unprecedented solutions to boost our services’ performance. Aventa launched two main tools: AJM (Aventa Job Matching) in 2011 and WEAventa, which will be released in 2022.
This Aventa Job Matching (AJM) networking platform is based on a sophisticated algorithm, aimed at efficiently and accurately sourcing talents. AJM helps our Talent Acquisition Managers monitor the candidate selection process and identify the perfect skills to meet our Marine Energy projects’ specifications. For candidates, our tool enables them to follow closely and transparently the recruitment process.
When designing this latest tool, we ambitioned to gather and unite the best Marine Energy skills from the industry in a single online space. We imagined a unique and innovative platform that would strengthen bonds and favor daily interactions among the community, just like on Social Media. Very soon, WeAventa will offer a variety of services such as: Jobs, Technical blogs, Referral system, Interactive communications, Gaming, Publications, B2B meetings, Events.
