Role Definition

Assistant OSS Package Manager on technical and administrative tasks.

role will liaise with:

  • OSS Package Manager
  • Deputy EPCI Director

The Service Provider shall perform the following activities as state below:

Activity 1: Assisting OSS Package Manager on contractual, technical and administrative topics (11/23 – 09/25)

  • Assistance on claims from CDA/NAV and DEME.
  • Assistance on administrative topics ( HR, invoicing,VR’s…), check and approval of timesheets, monthly reporting
  • Budget follow up
  • Assistance on T&I topics for Topside and jacket

Activity 2: HV scope

  • Advices and follow up of installation, outfitting and testing of 66 kVGIS, 225 kV GIS, main TFO’s. (11/2023 – 09/2025)
  • HV Assistance to the site team at CDA. (11/23-05/24 and 06/24-05/25)
  • Offshore assistance on HV commissioning (06/24- 08/24 and 06/25 08/25)

Activity 3: LV auxiliaries scope

  • Following up of LV and auxiliary outfitting and commissioning activities. (11/2023 – 09/2025)
  • Offshore assistance on HV commissioning (06/24- 08/24 and 06/25 08/25)

Participation to Meetings & Workshops

In order to ensure a continuous communication between the Client and the Service Provider, a series of meetings will be organised by Client throughout the duration of the Contract. Attendance and participation to these meetings will be key to ensure communication and alignment between the parties.

Coordination Meetings

Among the recurrent meetings organised by Client, the Service Provider may be requested to attend to monthly coordination meetings ( Saint-Nazaire / Paris). These meetings will aim at:

  • Measuring performance of the Contract execution,
  • Reviewing upcoming needs for additional activities and termination of on-going activities as the case may be,
  • Holding discussions on challenges, difficulties, lessons learnt.

From time to time, the inspection /coordination meetings with subcontractors of the Contractors could be face-to-face meetings held in the Subcontractor’s offices. However, if jointly agreed, those meetings will normally be held through conference call or teleconference call.

Note:

  • The agenda of coordination meetings is at this stage preliminary and will be fine-tuned all along contract execution,
  • The frequency of these meetings may vary (increased, decreased or even suspended) during periods when exchanges do not seem to be necessary.

Adhoc Meetings & Workshops

In addition, various ad-hoc meetings or workshops will also take place. If Client judges it relevant, the Service Provider will be requested to attend to these ad-hoc meetings.

Qualification

Between 5 and 10 year’s experience in Offshore Wind OSS scope.
