Role Definition
Aventa is looking for an office Manager / Executive project assistant to support Project director and his team in all administrative areas:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners as deemed necessary by the Project
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly draft of reports
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Organize and coordinate events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, etc.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Qualification
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Desire to work in an industrial environment
- Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in French and English
- High School degree or equivalent
- PA diploma or certification is a plus
