Role Definition

Aventa is looking for an office Manager / Executive project assistant to support Project director and his team in all administrative areas:

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners as deemed necessary by the Project
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly draft of reports
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Organize and coordinate events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, etc.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Qualification

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Desire to work in an industrial environment
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in French and English
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • PA diploma or certification is a plus
