Offshore vessel management assistant

Management of cable supplier vessel fleet. 

Role Definition

·       Provide technical support to the Fleet Manager for the managing of Prysmian fleet;

·       Tasks are conducted in coordination with installation team and with vessel management company;

·       Prepare vessel documentation, project related, and keep up to date;

·       Documentation support with regards to vessel suitability survey (such as MWS inspection, Client audit);

·       Cooperate with fleet manager and project team to prepare full documentation package with regards to the project mobilization;

·       Prepare As-built documentation of mobilization works.

Qualification

• At least 1 years of experience in offshore market;
• Knowledge of Maritime Management System (ISM, ISPS, MLC2006) and the Rules and regulations applicable (such as MARPOL, SOLAS);
• English fluent, written and spoken.
