ACTIVITY 1 : Activities on CDA Yard – Saint Nazaire FRANCE

• Follow up, review, control, monitor & support all the HV electrical contractor information. May 23 -Aug 24
• Folow up of the 66 kV GIS assembling & outfitting and testing activities. Sep 23 – May 24
• Followup of the 225 kV GIS assembling & outfitting and testing activities. Sep 23 – May 24
• Follow up of the main power transformer assembling & outfitting and testing activities. Sep 23 – May 24
• Follow up of the main power transformer assembling & outfitting and testing activities. Sep 23 – May 24 
• Follow up ofthe auxiliary transformer assembling & outfitting and testing activities. Sep 23 – May 24
• Follow up of t h e Neutral Earthing reactor assembling & outfitting and testing activities. Sep 23 – May 24
• Follow up of the HV and MV cable pulling, routing, termination and testing activities. Sep23- May24
• Follow up the control and protection / OSS power SCADA works. Sep 23 – May 24
• Follow up of the Site Integration Tests. Sep 23- May 24

ACTIVITY 2 : Witnessing the FAT tests in Factories in Europe

• Production of HV/MV cables. July-Sept 2023
• Manufacturing of the GIS units in Siemens factories. May – Sept 2023
• Manufacturing main Transformers in ABB / Hitachi. June – Oct 2023
• Manufacturing Aux-Earthing Transformers at CELDUC. May – July 2023

ACTIVITY 3 : Offshore Activities NOY site

• Follow up of the offshore outfitting CDA HV activities. June -July 2024
• Following up of Sea Cable pulling, routing, installation and testing activities. Aug – Nov 2024
• Followup Hot commissioning OSS. Nov – Dec 2024 
• Follow up of the Runtest with 56 WTG’s installed. Aug- Oct 2025

Participation to Meetings & Workshops

In order to ensure a continuous communication between the Client and the Service Provider, a series of meetings wil be organised by Client throughout the duration of the Contract.

Attendance and participation to these meetings will be key to ensure communication and alignment between the parties

    Coordination Meetings

Most of the meeting will take Place at CDA’s yard in Saint Nazaire. Among the recurrent meetings organised by Client, the Service Provider may be requested to attend to monthly coordination meetings. These meetings will aim at:

• Measuring performance of the Contract execution,
• Reviewing upcoming needs for additional activities and termination of on-going activities as the case may be,
• Holding discussions on challenges, difficulties, lessons learnt.

From time to time, the coordination meetings could be face-to-face meetings held in the Client’s offices in Paris-La Defense. However, if jointly agreed, those meetings will generally be held through a conference call or teleconference call.

    Adhoc Meetings & Workshops

In addition, various ad-hoc meetings or workshops will also take place. If Client judges ti relevant, the Service Provider will be requested to attend to these ad-hoc meetings.
