Quality Control and Surveillance Senior Consultant H/F

Role Definition

On behalf of our Client, a major EPCI Contractor in O&G Field, we are looking for a Quality Control and Surveillance Senior Consultant.

The contract concerns Subsea Projects, within Supply Chain Department.

Main tasks : 

You will carry out the following tasks:

• For orders not yet placed: Assist the buyer to initiate orders, assist the engineering package review the MR.
• Conduct the Kick-Off Meeting and issue the minutes.
• Control the progress of orders, analyze the indicators given by the supplier, detect drifts or delays, check invoicing, etc.
• Review some documentation, i.e. Inspection test plan, Dispatch file etc
• Conduct the pre-production meeting and issue the minutes,
• Coordinate interfaces (suppliers, package, document controller, transport, inspection via the Krakow center, etc.)
• Follow the administration of the inspection (notifications, lookahead, control of the inspection report, etc.)
• Report the status of orders.
• Follow-up of supplier non-conformities
• Follow-up of the progress of the documentation
• Updating the reporting system
• Punctual missions at suppliers: Dispatch visits.
• Issue packaging and delivery agreements in conjunction with the Transport and Logistics team
• Billing management

Qualification

• at least 5 years of experience  in similar positions on significant projects.
• Fluency in English
• Expert in O&G equipment
• Capable to track order activities (shipping and inspection)
• Ability to work under pressure in an international environment
