Role Definition
Aventa is currently looking on behalf of one of the leaders in metal construction for offshore wind farms a Senior HSE Engineer Offshore to support the QHSE team on innovative project.
- Support the Project HSE Manager during the preparation and execution phases of the offshore operations scope (float off, towing and hook up operations)
- Contribution to the preparation, implementation and update of the QHSE package documentation and PTW system
- Assistance in Risk Management process and HAZID session
- HSE Readiness Reviews prior to mobilization on worksites and offshore
- Site and Vessel audits
Technical Requirements
- Strong experience in HSE Management, within EPCI work environment, including Onshore and Offshore Construction, Installation activities and vessel operation.
- Experience in HSE documentation preparation, risk assessments and audits.
- Self-dependent work behaviour and flexibility are essential.
- Effective communication skills
- Certificate required: GWO
