Senior HSE Engineer Offshore H/F

Role Definition

Aventa is currently looking on behalf of one of the leaders in metal construction for offshore wind farms a Senior HSE Engineer Offshore to support the QHSE team on innovative project.

• Support the Project HSE Manager during the preparation and execution phases of the offshore operations scope (float off, towing and hook up operations)
• Contribution to the preparation, implementation and update of the QHSE package documentation and PTW system
• Assistance in Risk Management process and HAZID session
• HSE Readiness Reviews prior to mobilization on worksites and offshore
• Site and Vessel audits

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience in HSE Management, within EPCI work environment, including Onshore and Offshore Construction, Installation activities and vessel operation.
• Experience in HSE documentation preparation, risk assessments and audits.
• Self-dependent work behaviour and flexibility are essential.
• Effective communication skills
• Certificate required: GWO
