Tools and Logistics Engineer – H/F

Role Definition

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee and coordinate logistics, and develop asset management strategies, including tracking, maintenance schedules, and life-cycle planning, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrate project management skills by fostering collaboration across diverse teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders. 

Qualification

• Engineering degree mandatory
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with offshore wind tools and equipment, as well as a broader understanding of renewable energy technologies.
• Asset Management & Logistics: Experience in coordinating and overseeing the logistics, maintenance, and deployment of global capital assets, ensuring optimal utilization and efficient delivery.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on overseeing complex projects, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring smooth coordination of asset-related tasks.
• Strategic Planning & Problem Solving: Ability to develop asset management strategies, including tracking, maintenance schedules, and life-cycle planning, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in multiple languages, especially English and French, is a significant advantage.
• Field experience in the offshore wind industry would be highly appreciated.
